Over the past year, they have continued to move forward at a pace, diversifying in both geographies and asset classes. We made further investments in Portugal while acquiring a number of portfolios in the Netherlands along with the acquisition of Zenith S.p.A. in it Italy and Mars Capital in the UK & Ireland in 2017, and Parr Credit in Italy in 2018.
